Ms. Annie Wang spearheads our effort in Internal Controls and helps HF Foods achieve SOX compliance as a publicly traded company.
Ms. Wang has over 20 years in financial, operational, SOX compliance program, compliance and IT audit experience with publicly traded companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, financial service, manufacturing, banking, entertainment and online retailing. Prior to joining HF Foods, Ms. Wang was VP of Internal Audit for Newegg Inc, an online retailer of computer peripherals and consumer electronics and one of the top 10 online retailers in US, with approx. $3 billion in annual revenues.
Ms. Wang earned her MS in Accounting from Cal State University, Los Angeles. She holds several certifications as a CPA, CIA, and CFE.
