Xiao Mou Zhang aka Peter Zhang
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Peter Zhang was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of B&R Global Holdings, Inc. (“B&R”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HFFG and the holding company for the various operating subsidiaries founded by Peter and his partners who were all originally from China. Peter has over 20 years of experience in the food distribution industry with extensive experience in sales, marketing, financing, acquisitions, inventory, logistics and distribution dating as far back to 1999 working from the ground up. Having established a large supplier network and maintaining long-term relationships with many major suppliers were built up over the years, and under Peter’s leadership, B&R was officially formed in 2014 as a holding company to consolidate the various operating entities all under one roof.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lin has had a very successful and diverse career prior to joining HF Foods. Most recently, Felix was Vice President and a Senior Strategy Officer for Blue Bird Corporation (the leading school bus manufacturer in North America), overseeing human resources, corporate and operations training, government relations, compliance, and strategy. During his time at Blue Bird Corporation, Mr. Lin also held leadership positions in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lin worked as a key member of the China and Middle East business development team for Blue Bird Corporation under Cerberus Capital Management, LLP.
Mr. Lin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and Accounting from Mercer University, a Master of Accounting degree from Georgia College and State University, and a Master in Business Administration degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mr. Lin has also served as an Independent Board Member for the Company from November 2019 to April 2022, where he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Special Investigation Committee.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Rodriguez has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience across various industries, including technology, entertainment, restaurants, and life science. Most recently, Mr. Rodriguez served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President Corporate Finance for General Life Sciences, Inc., a $300 million high growth company. In that role, he led the Accounting, Finance, Financial Reporting, Treasury/Cash Management, Strategic and Financial Planning, M&A Due Diligence, and other financial responsibilities. Prior to General Life Sciences, Mr. Rodriguez served as Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Finance for California Pizza Kitchen, Inc.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Ms. Chang began her legal career nearly 15 years ago as a litigator at Dentons LLP’s New York office where she primarily specialized in commercial litigation matters. In 2014, she joined Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas. At Caesars, Ms. Chang provided advice and counsel regarding litigation, employment and general compliance matters for over 50 properties both domestically and internationally. After progressing through increasing roles of responsibility, Ms. Chang left Caesars in 2020 as its VP and Chief Counsel, Litigation, to join Boyd Gaming, another Las Vegas hospitality company. At Boyd, Ms. Chang continued to develop her career in strategic litigation and compliance advice and counsel as its VP Legal Affairs – Labor Relations and Litigation. Ms. Chang has a B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned her J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.
