Ms. Michelle Hsia has been with HFFG since 2020, during which time she has formed the Corporate Development team with responsibilities in building up a risk management program, contributing to M&A/Joint Venture due diligence, and post-merger integration. In addition to the continuing growth of Corporate Development group, Mrs. Hsia is responsible for building and maintaining a Program Management Office (PMO).

Prior to HFFG, Ms. Hsia has had a long and successful career in multinational media conglomerate sector covering financial market, healthcare, tax & accounting information industries. Further experience in international relations and business advisory in marine sustainability and seabed mining. Additional background in international trading and product development and global apparel name brands order processing management.

Ms. Hsia holds a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from UCLA and a MBA from Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University.
